Note:

* Rates based on 2 guests. Add $25.00 per night per additional guest.

Taxes

Transient Occupancy Tax: 9%

 

 

 

Additional Fees

* Cleaning Fee: $150.00

* Pet Fee: $25.00 flat fee per pet

* Additional Guest Fee: $25.00 per

   night per additional guest (limit 2)

* Security Deposit: $750.00

   Security fee not billed unless

   damages incurred.

 

 

Payment

For bookings made 35 days (5 weeks) or less away from the arrival date, full payment must be made via credit card at the time the reservation is made.

 

For bookings made more than 35 days in advance of the arrival date, 50% of the total rental fee is due on the date the reservation is made. The balance is due 30 days before your arrival date.

 

Cancellation

* Full rental fee is deemed non-refundable if made within 30 days of scheduled arrival date.

* 75% of rental fee refunded if cancelled 30+ days prior to the Check-in Date.

* If guest must cancel due to health or other emergency within 30 days of check-in date, we may re-book guest within 45-days without

   penalty at the originally quoted price in order to avoid loss of payment in full.

Minimum Stay

* 2-night minimum year-round except for State and Federal Holidays that require 3-night stay.

* Weekly stays are 7-nights from Sunday 5:00 p.m. to Sunday at 12:00 p.m.

 

Check-In/Out

* Check in: 5:00 p.m. - please avoid early arrival unless you call ahead and speak to someone - (707) 539-2825 / (707) 889-4066

* Check out: 12:00 p.m.

 

Please no early check-in.

Note: If the property is available, an earlier check in time may be granted on request

 

 

Housekeeping

We expect the house to be left in similar to check-in condition. Clean dishes left in dishwasher, and unwashed linens and towels left either in place or in the laundry area are acceptable.  No need to vaccum or dust! Normal wear and tear acceptable (well, not really "tear," but you understand). If you are not able to leave the house as you found it, no problem we will do it for you for an additional $200.00 cleaning fee. 

 

Events

Our permit does not allow "events" on property. Events include (but are not limited to) bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings/receptions, corporate events. We allow up to 10 total people on property (including paying guests) for private get-togethers such as meals and visits. Non-paying guests are not allowed to stay the night on property.
